Running Late?
Please make sure to allow time for traffic and parking. We know that life happens, but please be considerate to the client after you and be on time. Should you find yourself running late please send a text message to Jamie at (206) 604-0257. Otherwise, you will be charged $75 for a missed appointment and you will need to reschedule.
Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to keep your appointment, please notify us as soon as possible. You can leave a message or e-mail us 24 hours a day. (If you prefer to text us, please do so between 8 am and 9 pm.) Because we do not double-book appointments, when you break your appointment, we are not able to fill the empty spot (unless at least 24 notice is given). As time and space are limited someone else may not be able to be seen by us. We value your time, so please value ours as well.Your First Visit

If this is your first time visiting Complexion and you aren't sure what services are right for you, book an appointment for a Complimentary Skin Consultation. Please print and then fill out the Complexion Health History Form. Please bring it with you to your first appointment.PAYMENT
We accept Visa, Master Card, AMX, Cash, and Check. Payment is expected at the time of service.
We only except Complexion Clinical Skincare gift Certificates.
